33. Reference describes a transition within the stripe phase as approaches the half-integer, from the state pinned in both directions to a state that is depinned along the stripes. For larger disorder than that taken in that reference, the pinned state may well persist throughout the stripe range, including, e.g., ν=9/2 [H. Fertig (private communication)].
