Population biology of the subterranean rodent Ctenomys australis (Tuco-tuco) in a coastal dunefield in Argentina
-
Matías Sebastián Mora is studying the phylogeography and population genetics of the genus Ctenomys, focusing on the dynamics of regional migration and conditions of regional persistence of these species. Enrique P. Lessa studies many aspects of the phylogenetics, population genetics and phylogeography of mammals, especially rodents. Ana Paula Cutrera is interested in population genetics and the interaction among demography, behaviour and genetic variation in natural populations of subterranean rodents. Marcelo Javier Kittlein studies metapopulation ecology and genetics, and many aspects of applied statistics. Aldo Iván Vassallo studies morphological and evolutionary aspects of subterranean rodents.
