    • Since our aim is only to demonstrate the presence of magnetoplasma effects in our experiment, we deliberately use the result of the simplified theory (see, e.g., the formula in [6] and the literature cited therein), which, in particular, ignores the retardation effects, whose role should in our case be insignificant, because the value of the parameter α = √ approx 0.2characterizing the role of these effects is small compared to unity [19, 20].
