This review defines the best sequence of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for inoperable stage III nonsmall cell lung cancer - it is an excellent summary of all the literature between 2000 and 2005 concerning chemoradiation. They concluded that concurrent radiotherapy was superior to sequential radiotherapy (22 studies).
