    • Autophagy promotes MHC class II presentation of peptides from intracellular source proteins
    • This study demonstrates that starvation-induced autophagy alters the profile of peptides that can be eluted from MHC class II molecules. In particular, autophagy increased the presentation of peptides derived from intracellular and lysosomal proteins and the accumulation of CMA-related proteins.
