    • 35S]-GTPγS. Non-specific binding was determined in the presence of 100 μM GppNHp. Incubations were performed for 90 min at 25 °C and terminated by rapid vacuum filtration onto Unifilter plate using the Unifilter system and 4 washes with 50 mM Tris, pH 7.4, containing 0.05% BSA. Unifilter plates were then dried for 1 h at 60 °C before adding 30 μL/well of Microscint-20, and radioactivity counted using a TopCount reader.
