    • The authors investigated the chemotactic activity of DCs on PMNs in a transwell system. They show that this activity is a result of IL-8 production by DCs. Furthermore, the authors describe how IL-8 production is increased upon DC-endothelial cell interaction, suggesting that DCs attract PMNs more efficiently after transmigration over endothelial cells.
