    • High-resolution peptide mapping of cerebrospinal fluid: A novel concept for diagnosis and research in central nervous system diseases
    • The authors developed a new technology referred to as differential peptide display (DPD), in which peptides are extracted from biological samples and analyzed by a combination of chromatography and mass spectrometry. Multi-dimensional mass fingerprints used to compare healthy and diseased patients showed obvious differences, representing a new approach for disease diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring.
