    • As for the biotin labeled 2a-3, the Limulus activity was tested and the result suggested the compound has similar activity to the non-labeled compound. However, the sample included small amount of non-labeled 1a because of the difficulty of the purification, and further purification and the detailed examination of the biological activities are now under investigation.
