    • 6 converts 2a quantitatively into 6a with concomitant precipitation of AgCl, 6a is assumed to be the product of double chloride abstraction from 2a. As 3a is prepared on a milligram scale in a glovebox, the concomitant formation of small amounts of 6a is possibly caused by small weighing errors owing to electrostatics.
