    • 4b Thus, the mechanism of aziridination may be system dependent. We have no evidence concerning a concerted or stepwise pathway in the Tp′-based catalyst examined here. However, we note that the nature of the copper ligands in a species such as 6 will affect the charge distribution and spin densities and thus could influence the timing of the two C-N bond-forming steps.
