    • Unpublished simulations of one of the authors (R.S.) based on a computer code describing the complete model of a cantilever as a 3D beam with the tip dimensions included as well as vertical and later contact stiffness. The necessary computer code and the model were presented in detail by E. Dupas in his Ph.D. thesis No. 2278 in Physics Departement, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Lausanne, 2000.
