    • c excitation, this emission band disappeared (Figure S3b). This observation suggests the existence of an intermediate state at ∼1.43 eV in CdSe nanobelts. In the present Raman experiment of CdSe nanobelts with 785 nm (≈1.58 eV) excitation, this state of ∼1.43 eV could also serve as an intermediate, besides the A exciton at ∼1.74 eV, for near-resonant Raman scattering.
