    • Most of the CNT-FETs studied in our experiment show a single resonance in the laser energy range between 1.24 eV to 1.77 eV. However, we could measure the sideband only in devices that have a resonance between 1.24 and 1.45 eV, because of the limitation of our laser excitation energy.
