    • In unpublished data, we found some new results that DHPs performed as an activator of MAP kinase. Thus, the cell death pathway on apoptosis in our results was not a simple but a complicating feature.

    • It is difficult to distinguish clearly the resultant quantity of cleaved PARP between DHP-2 and DHP-1. However, we can state that DHP-2 showed a stronger effect than DHP-1 by other MAP kinase (p38 and ERK) (our unpublished data).
