When poly(N-propargylamides) aggregate, the CD spectroscopic pattern of a filtered sample solution becomes significantly different [See Sanda F, Araki H, Masuda T. Macromolecules 2004; 37, 8510-6]. Consequently, we can exclude the possibility of formation of aggregate whose size is larger than 0.45 μm.
