    • We performed PL measurement under low excitation power density to minimize the electric field screening and was able to confirm a linear field-to-bias relation in our experimental condition. However, there is no experimental evidence that the electric field for a given bias does not depend on laser illumination. Thus, we name the electric field by the 'nominal electric field' in Figs. 3 and 4.
