20. To derive eqs. (2) and (3) from eq. (1), it suffices to follow the detailed steps of sect. IV of ref. [15]. One starts with eq. 58, equivalent to eq. 52 of ref. [17], but generalized from two indices λ to an index i for each impurity site, and ends with eq. 67, which corresponds to eq. (3) above. Of course, because of loss of translational invariance, sums over wave vector q are replaced by single local quantities.
