    • This paper presents the first study of protein expression in single cells as a function of cell cycle. The capillary equivalent of SDS-PAGE was used to separate proteins. A 45 kDa component was tentatively identified as cytokeratin 18, which underwent a cell-cycle-dependent mobility shift.
