In the range 0.4-0.6 V, fast Fourier transforms of the data reveal a low frequency shoulder that may be caused by nonuniform nuclear spin polarization along the growth direction due to the Schottky barrier, which disappears at flat-band conditions (>0.6 V) and when nuclei are not polarized (negative bias).
