Genomewide identification of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 promoters controlled by HrpL alternative sigma factor
-
This paper illustrates the power of an integrated approach incorporating proven methodologies with array technology. Genes involved in pathogenesis of the tomato pathogen, Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000, were identified using a combination of miniTn5 gus mutagenesis, hidden markov models and microarray and RNA-blot analysis.
