    • It is worth noting that at high doping levels, the diffusion rate of potassium is substantially lowered as compared to the compounds with low doping. This has to be taken into account for adjusting the equilibration time in thick samples. However, within the probing depth of the Raman signal, 30 min were sufficient to achieve a homogeneous potassium distribution for all doping levels.
