Arthritis Rheum 2002; 47:326-332. This trial examines the use of methotrexate for maintenance of remission achieved with cyclophosphamide. This study found glomerulonephritis to be a feature of disease relapse in 16 patients, 14 of whom exhibited a rise in serum creatinine.
