Fluorescence was collected through the same high NA objective used to focus the excitation light, passed through a dichroic filter with a band-edge (50% transmission) at 530 nm, and imaged with a CCD camera with 45 nm real-space distance per pixel. All measurements were made under ambient atmospheric conditions, except where indicated.
