51. We have also checked the two-step binding assay using SPR (BIAcore 2000): When CTX3C (100 nM) was applied to a 10C9-immobilized sensor chip, a very weak resonance (∼40 RU) was observed. When 100 nM of antibody 3D11 was consecutively applied to the sensor chip, a large resonance (∼900 RU) appeared. Thus, the two-step binding assay using SPR also demonstrated that the two antibodies recognize the different epitopes as shown by ELISA (Table 1).
