It is well known that inhomogenous electric fields in superlattices embedded in Schottky diodes result in an increase of the BO dephasing at higher electric fields. Since we investigate the carrier dynamics in a (formula presented) diode, such field inhomogenities can be excluded to contribute to the rapid dephasing
