In a preliminary publication on this subject we attributed the observation of an increase of the dephasing time of the Bloch oscillations in sample B at low temperatures to a stabilization of the electronic coherence by the coherently excited LO phonons [T. Dekorsy et al., in Ultrafast Phenomena X, edited by P. F. Barbara, J. G. Fujimoto, W. H. Knox, and W. Zinth (Springer, Berlin, 1996)]. With regard to the results obtained in sample A we have to attribute this effect to the fact that the transition between WannierStark states by phonon emission is strongly suppressed in a 36 meV miniband SL.
