19. We have utilized a CEM MDS-2000 laboratory microwave, but other comparable laboratory microwaves would also be suitable.
20. We have found that a suitable polypropylene reaction chamber without frit is commercially available from Sigma-Aldrich, and frits are available from Bio-Rad. The pistons were cut from a block of polypropylene.
