    • The authors of Ref. 13 infer a (Formula presented) value higher than their highest measurement temperature for a thin PS film because (Formula presented) is not measured within the experimental temperature window. Their result can also be interpreted as an inability to resolve (Formula presented) due to the decreasing contrast between the melt and glass slopes observed by others as well as in Ref. 13 as the film thickness is reduced
