    • In this sample, Coulomb blockade was not clearly observed at 4.2 K, and was observed at a lowest temperature of 30 mK. The barrier did not seem to be properly formed for this sample because of the thinner metallic contacts. From the preliminary data, we feel that the barrier quality seems to depend on the thickness of the contact metal.
