Porcine fetal enamel matrix derivative stimulates proliferation but not differentiation of pre-osteoblastic 219 cells, inhibits proliferation and stimulates differentiation of osteoblast-like MG63 cells, and increases proliferation and differentiation of normal human osteoblast NHOst cells
