    • Phosphorylation site-specific antisera were generated with oligopeptides seven residues long encompassing the phosphoamino acid at residue 4. The peptides were coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin and used to immunize rabbits. Sera were characterized for specificity with dephospho- and phospho- forms of the peptide antigen. Protein immunoblotting analysis was carried out in the presence of dephosphopeptide (1 μg/ml) to suppress immunodetection of the dephosphorylated proteins.
