    • We used the cavity perturbation method at 10 GHz, (BURANOV L. I. and SHCHEGOLEV I. F., Prib. Tek. Eksp., 2 (1971) 171) for which ρ is proportional to the shift in resonance frequency by introducing a metal into the cavity. Pressed pellets with well-defined depolarization factors gave absolute ρ's in good agreement with the dc values at all T; details will be published elsewhere.
