35. Indirect evidence for the purity and structural perfection comes from electron spin resonance measurements [O. Chauvet et al., Phys. Rev. B 53, 13996 (1996)]; furthermore, the straight/less is an indicator of structural perfection, because defects tend to bend the tubes [see (8)].
