A specific probe atom that has a van der Waals radius is rolled on the surface of the corresponding molecule in an optimized geometry.     • The semiempirical molecular orbital calculation (MOPAC93, PM3) of the 3AF-methanol system demonstrated the existence of anisotropy of the hydrogen bond.
