    • We consider the hydrodynamic equations obtained by solving the kinetic equation to Navier-Stokes order, i.e., to first order in the gradients of the hydrodynamic fields. This implies that contributions to second order in the gradients to the hydrodynamic equations from the energy sink term in the kinetic equation are neglected. A careful discussion of this point is given in Ref. c10
