4. The team can be viewed as highly successful on two counts. First, in academic terms, the team performed excellently, gaining the highest undergraduate grade ever awarded for a consultancy project. Second, the team was successful in terms of the group dynamics, demonstrated by the tendency of individuals to sacrifice their needs for the benefit of the team as a whole.
