While the provision of accommodation is a provider requirement for students under the age of eighteen as stipulated in the code, neither providers nor their agents are required to provide accommodation for those over eighteen, including all students involved in this research. Where providers do arrange accommodation for students, whether through agents or not, there are information and oversight requirements similar to the other responsibilities stipulated in the code.
