The occupied Wyckoff positions in CdTM are: Cd 2b(3/4,1/4,1/2), Mo 2c(1/4,1/4,z), z = -0.051, Te 2c(1/4,1/4,z), z = 0.272, O(1) 4d(0,0,0), and O(2) 8j(x,x,z), x = 0.515, z = 0.670. The occupied Wyckoff positions in HgTM are: Hg 2b(3/4,1/4,1/2), Mo 2c(1/4,1/4,z), z = -0.666, Te 2c(1/4,1/4,z), z = 0.259, O(1) 8j(x,x,z), x = 0.010, z = 0.315, and O(2) 4d(0,0,0).
