    • Legal Reasoning and Legal Change in the Age of the Internet—Why the Ground Rules are still Valid
    • This paper to some extent builds on my discussion in a previous article in which I argue for the value and necessity of incremental legal change even in view of a drastically changed reality. It is shown in this paper that this very imperative of legal continuity at times shapes legal rules which are too sophisticated to provide a solution to the very problem which inspired them, therefore paradoxically creating a need for a more radical legal reform
