This is a prospective, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trial which demonstrated Botox is efficacious and safe in patients with neurogenic detrusor overactivity and urinary incontinence. Botox reduced incontinence episodes and improved QOL in MS and SCI patients with NDO. The median time to request for re-treatment was 42 weeks.
