We note that Pereg-Barnea (Ref.) related the existence of LLs and quantum oscillations in a Fermi arc metal not to closed orbits but to Andreev scattering between different Fermi arc segments. However the formula that they found for the quantum oscillation frequency is not in agreement with the frequencies found in our semiclassical approximation.
