    • The cost of DL capacitors was estimated by checking the usual prices of commercial DL capacitors at. The average price of capacitors of different brands was obtained. The half of the average price was then taken as the cost of the devices. The above is a rather conservative estimation, because we only selected those basic-model capacitors with a lower price for the estimation
