    • We have observed differences in decay rates that are dependent on the intensity of the white light sources. When the light is amplified in "pulsed" mode, which is the typical mode, the decay is more rapid. When the white light is "non-pulsed" the decay times are longer; however, these are measured using a variable impedance switch, which obscures the earlier time scales (100 ns-110 s). We report here values obtained in "pulsed" mode since this is the typical arrangement for flash-photolysis systems
