    • The dependence of the increase in temperature on the laser power is thought to be approximated by the linear equation (Formula presented), where (Formula presented) is some constant that is directly proportional to the absorbance of oil, the geometry of the droplet and the experimental conditions (some form-factor), and inversely proportional to the heat conductivity of oil.
