The ratio of the diastereomers was determined by using RP-HPLC method performed on Agilent 1100 series HPLC with DAD detector on water HR C18 300 × 3.9 mm, 6μ column with 30% acetonitrile in water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and elute was monitored at 225 nm and the retention times of the two isomers are 7.04 min and 7.84 min. The two isomers were separated by using an RP-HPLC method performed on Dionex P680 HPLC with PDA detector on zorbax SBC18 50 × 9.4 mm, 5μ column with 30% acetonitrile in water as mobile phase at 1.0 mL/min flow rate and elute was monitored at 225 nm
