    • DFT calculations were performed with the program package DMol3 in Materials Studio of Accelrys Inc. In the DMol3 method, the physical wave functions are expanded in terms of accurate numerical basis sets. We used the double-numerical quality basis set with polarization functions (DNP) and PBE functional. The size of DNP basis set is comparable to Gaussian 6-31G** but DNP is more accurate. See: Y.
