    • fast. We used this procedure because the time resolution and the signal-to-noise ratio in the previous report were not enough to make the global analysis. However, the assumption used in the previous paper was not good to evaluate the population dynamics, and in the present paper, we have changed the way of the analysis to make the global fitting using the data of normal decay and tautomer rise simultaneously.
