    • The change in the slope on the σ-T curve of undoped NdMnPO was observed at ∼100 K. It is known undoped LaFeAsO, which is an iso-structural compound of LnMnPO, exhibits an anomalous temperature dependence of conductivity; it is caused by a crystallographic and spin ordering phase transitions. We speculate the observed change would also be caused by a structural phase transition, but further experiments are required to clarify it.
