    • The cable inductance term is constant for all the measurements in our setup, and becomes visible for determined values of measured capacitance (above 100 kHz). The only effect of this term is to displace the absolute values of the capacitance as seen in Fig. 2a. It prevents to accurately estimate the dielectric permittivity of the film from the measured capacitance, but has no effect on the dielectric anomalies analysed here.
